A speck of sand

I could feel the sand
Between my toes,
The waves touched my feet
And went back to the depth,
I tasted the wind
As salty as ever...

All at once,

A speck of sand in my eye
My eyes turned sore and weepy,
Three drops of borrowed breast milk
Could wash away the grain of sand...

The same moment,

In the depth of the sea,

A speck of sand inside a shell..
The shell didn't weep
But nurtured the same,
And there it turns into a precious pearl,

Even a speck of sand 

Could someday catch many eyes...
